• Revolving Loan Funds – With the assistance of Network Kansas and the North Central Regional Planning Commission, we provide Low-interest "Gap" financing to start a business or expand. (Bank involvement required). 

 

• Façade Loan Program – Grow Clay County provides funding for façade improvements through the North Central Kansas Regional Planning Commission. Funding is provided at 0% interest with a $5000 maximum.

 

• Business and Property Listings – Submit your business, property, or land for sale or rent, and we will post on our website and across social media sites to get more exposure. We will also submit shovel-ready sites to the state database.

 

• Relocation Guide - We can provide you with the information needed to relocate your business and employees to the area, including rental/realtor lists, daycare providers, utility providers, and other vital information to make your move to the area seamless.

 

• Community Tours- We love to show off the Clay County region and welcome newcomers to the area. We provide tours to new or prospective employees, new businesses looking to locate in Clay County, community groups, etc.
